What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive digital sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets within assigned territory
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies and achieve business goals
- Lead onboarding and implementation of customer solutions to ensure excellent customer experience
- Utilize analytics and customer data platforms to tailor solutions and drive customer satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible sales experience
- Proven history of successful consultative selling in a diverse customer marketplace
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of retail and alternate care industries
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Familiarity with advanced sales technologies such as AI-driven CRM tools and predictive analytics
