- Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services and how they address business challenges in the restaurant industry.
- Build and manage a territory plan to identify and pursue potential clients, driving new business opportunities.
- Handle the entire sales cycle, from lead development and discovery calls to proposal creation and closing deals.
- Engage in outbound lead generation activities, including cold calling, networking, and email outreach to build a healthy sales pipeline.
- Use Salesforce to track and manage all sales activity, ensuring accurate and timely updates of customer interactions and progress.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and successful customer onboarding and experience.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in SaaS sales, ideally selling to medium to large customers.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse personality types.
- Demonstrated success in managing a full sales cycle, closing deals, and working with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience using Salesforce CRM and other lead generation technologies.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort in a fast-paced, activity-driven sales environment.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales scenarios.
