      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis
      - Develop business plans aligned with your assigned territory
      - Collaborate with marketing to execute targeted marketing plans
      - Lead internal teams to provide superior customer experiences and sales success
      - Own and manage all aspects of the sales cycle, from qualification to closing

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 4 years experience selling into State and Local Government (SLED) in Minnesota and/or Wisconsin
      - Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers and partners
      - Strong understanding of identity security solutions and competitive landscape
      - Ability to develop and execute territory plans and marketing strategies
      - Proficiency in Salesforce and other reporting tools

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in an IT, business, or sales-related field
      - Experience working with Microsoft, Okta, and Saviynt solutions
      - Established relationships within the State and Local Government sector
      - Familiarity with sales forecasting and pipeline management
