      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own the full sales cycle for SMB healthcare accounts, focusing on acquiring new deals
      - Build your own pipeline through aggressive outbound prospecting, including cold calling and emails
      - Conduct effective discovery calls and product demos that showcase immediate ROI
      - Identify and engage key decision-makers, guiding them through the vendor selection process
      - Maintain a consistent 3x qualified pipeline using the CRM to track activities and meet targets

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-3 years of experience in an outbound sales role, preferably selling SaaS or technology solutions to healthcare organizations
      - Proven ability to self-source leads and perform a high volume of daily cold outreach
      - Experience managing shorter sales cycles and closing multiple deals per month
      - Strong ability to communicate technical benefits clearly over the phone and via web demos
      - Positive attitude and quick learning ability, with a desire to exceed annual quotas of $500K-$700K+

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a high-velocity sales environment
      - Familiarity with healthcare compliance or workforce management solutions
      - Previous success in exceeding sales targets and quotas
      - Ability to adapt pitches based on feedback and client needs
