      What you know:

      Drive new business growth in the US market by owning opportunity management, conversion, and new-client acquisition for technology and digital transformation services.

      Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and deal closure.

      Lead structured follow-up on marketing-generated leads and qualified opportunities to accelerate conversion.

      Develop and manage a qualified pipeline of enterprise and mid-market opportunities.

      Conduct consultative discovery to understand customer needs and align solutions with business outcomes.

      Collaborate with Marketing on ABM campaigns, events, and strategic outreach initiatives.

      Work closely with Pre-Sales and technical teams to develop differentiated and value-driven solution proposals.

      Coordinate with Delivery teams to ensure technical feasibility and smooth post-sale handover.

      Engage with leadership on strategic accounts and high-impact opportunities.

      Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and executive-level negotiations.

      Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and CRM hygiene.

      Drive discipline, accountability, and consistency across the sales funnel.

      Enterprise Account Executives typically manage the full sales lifecycle-identifying opportunities, building relationships with decision-makers, and negotiating contracts to close enterprise deals.

      What you'll do:

      5+ years of experience in consultative B2B sales within IT services, technology services, or digital consulting.

      Proven experience closing mid-market and enterprise deals.

      Track record managing complex, multi-month enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

      Strong understanding of digital transformation services including cloud, data, and AI solutions.

      Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business value for clients.

      Experience working with cross-functional teams including marketing, presales, and delivery.

      Experience with pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM tools.

      Strong negotiation, account strategy, and deal-management skills.

      Ability to engage and build credibility with senior stakeholders and executives.

      Demonstrated ability to build pipeline through networking, partnerships, and outbound initiatives.

      Education:

      Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

      Compensation:

      $110K - $130K
