What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct 6-10 discovery calls per day with pre-qualified prospects
- Present the employer's service, handle objections, and close deals
- Manage your sales pipeline in HubSpot with accuracy and discipline
- Send proposals and follow up to secure closures
- Collaborate closely with Business Development Representatives to ensure lead quality
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years B2B sales experience in a closing role (not just lead generation)
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales quotas
- Confident in video calls with strong objection-handling skills
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM systems
- Self-motivated, competitive, and resilient mindset with a focus on targets
