What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the collection, analysis, and translation of sales and marketing-related data into actionable insights
- Maintain and enhance operational sales dashboards to monitor sales performance and forecast accuracy
- Conduct routine pipeline analyses to identify trends and suggest process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and integrity within sales systems
- Translate complex data analyses into clear visualizations and reports for stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, statistics, economics, data science, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in the Professional Services, Accounting, Advisory, or Consulting industries
- 2-4 years of experience in data analytics, sales intelligence, or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL for database querying and data transformation
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including Power Query and data visualization techniques
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using Python for data manipulation or automation
- Familiarity with building self-service semantic models in Power BI or similar platforms
- Experience leveraging AI to improve processes and analysis efficiency
