What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Market the employer's products and services via telephone, email, and webchat to well-qualified prospects
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and equipment functionality
- Generate prospective customers by initiating calls to potential and existing clients and qualifying leads
- Maintain a database of qualified leads and schedule appointments for sales representatives
- Occasionally take orders while primarily qualifying leads for the sales team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree
- Typically, at least 1-2+ years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of the industry and competitive landscape
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in sales or lead generation within a similar industry
- Familiarity with CRM systems or lead management tools
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
