What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead sales execution outcomes across new business, renewals, and expansion
- Personally close at least $750K in new ARR annually while managing a team of Growth Managers
- Oversee Deal Desk operations, ensuring pricing, discounting, and contract structures meet standards
- Ensure data integrity across revenue operations and drive process improvements
- Collaborate with leadership on sales enablement, onboarding, and training for Growth Managers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8-12+ years of experience in SaaS sales, sales leadership, or revenue operations
- Proven track record of owning a personal quota while leading execution through other sellers
- Strong background in pricing strategy, contract negotiation, and complex deals
- Analytical and systems-oriented approach to revenue execution
- Ability to lead cross-functionally without formal authority
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare technology, SaaS, or regulated markets
- Familiarity with nonprofit, safety-net, or hybrid revenue models
- Background in scaling or transformation-stage organizations
- Experience working with Growth Managers or similar roles
- Proficiency with CRM and RevOps tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
