What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute annual operating plans and strategic objectives for the sales team
- Monitor sales performance against targets and coordinate corrective actions as necessary
- Lead, develop, and motivate the sales team while managing individual KPIs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Provide regular business updates and ensure account plans are documented and kept updated
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Substantial experience in senior sales roles within the packaging or FMCG manufacturing industry
- Proven track record of achieving financial targets and growing business through effective sales management
- Demonstrated ability to identify and develop talent within a team
- Effective communication skills, particularly with senior audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a multinational corporation (MNC) environment
- Strong technical aptitude and knowledge of the packaging industry and competitive market
- Proven ability to drive growth through negotiations and solid customer partnerships
- Familiarity with Amcor's products and sales processes
