      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and develop the account management team to achieve and exceed sales goals
      - Provide expert-level sales knowledge and coaching to team members
      - Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance team performance
      - Manage and renew multi-year agreements with existing customers
      - Identify whitespace opportunities across the customer portfolio and implement outbound strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of sales management experience
      - At least 3 years of B2B account management sales experience (quota-carrying)
      - Proven experience selling SaaS products to executive-level stakeholders
      - Strong coaching skills in account prioritization and pipeline management
      - BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience managing teams in a high-volume sales environment targeting SMB and mid-market customers
      - Success in overseeing the full post-sales customer journey, including commercials and renewals
