      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage the inside sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales targets
      - Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance, providing feedback and strategies for improvement
      - Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies tailored for small businesses
      - Ensure outstanding customer service by promoting a customer-centric approach within the team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of commercial sales experience, or a High School diploma/GED with 8+ years of commercial sales experience
      - Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a sales environment
      - Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing to performance metrics
      - In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products and coverage options
      - Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) for sales management
