What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales in national/regional chains and independent account locations
- Achieve distribution, display space, and shelf placement objectives in assigned retail accounts
- Strengthen and expand current business partnerships with accounts
- Facilitate promotional and tasting events to increase brand presence in the marketplace
- Build and manage relationships with assigned account buyers and distributor sales teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 21 years of age, have a valid driver's license, and a safe driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 1 or more years of sales/business development experience in the spirits/alcohol beverage industry
- Knowledgeable about assigned market and its dynamics
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1+ years of experience working in the assigned market
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong knowledge of canned cocktails and spirits products
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills
- Proven ability to thrive in a highly competitive and dynamic work environment
