What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and generate new business revenue opportunities within the assigned territory
- Develop and retain a quality client base of Title Agents, Brokers, Lenders, Builders, and Attorneys
- Build and maintain customer relationships throughout the entire sales cycle
- Attend real estate industry functions and participate in community events to enhance visibility
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams to develop local marketing content and drive brand awareness
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2-5 years of successful experience in the residential Title, Mortgage, and Real Estate industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Professional verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Valid driver's license required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with MS Office Suite, MS Teams, and Salesforce.com for contact and task management
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to persuade and influence others
- Demonstrated persistence and tenacity in pursuing revenue opportunities
