      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Sell Pelvic Health devices to physicians, institutions, payors, and other relevant medical staff
      - Partner with strategic implanting centers to enhance account and practice development
      - Provide technical support and consultation for product and therapy
      - Analyze market trends and utilize business partners for territory development
      - Manage multiple accounts and maintain account-level reimbursement responsibilities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 6+ years of relevant experience; OR Associate’s Degree AND 4+ years of relevant experience; OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 2+ years of relevant experience
      - Experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
      - Valid driver's license and ability to drive approximately 50% of the time within the assigned territory
      - Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
      - Understanding of quality policies and procedures to ensure compliance

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of the reimbursement climate
      - Experience calling on physicians in neurology, urology, or colorectal surgery
      - Familiarity with operating room environments and implantable devices
      - Proven skills in business planning and territory financial analysis
      - Team-oriented with consultative sales skills
