What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Contact inbound leads within minutes to qualify their needs and level of interest.
- Conduct discovery calls and Zoom meetings to determine if families are a fit for high-ticket programs and transition them to Advisors (Closers).
- Manage Advisor calendars for seamless handoffs and high "show-up" rates.
- Follow up relentlessly with leads in the CRM (Close.io) through phone, text, and email.
- Focus on the quality of appointments set, measuring success by meetings that convert to enrolled students.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's degree preferred.
- High-energy communication skills with a warm and authoritative voice.
- Resilience and persistence in follow-ups, understanding "not right now" isn't a "no."
- Ability to build trust quickly with high-net-worth parents.
- Proficiency in navigating technology tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Close.io.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of the US college admissions landscape and processes.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or a consultative role.
- Familiarity with high-ticket sales or coaching environments.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and leads effectively.
- Ability to demonstrate enthusiasm and empathy in communication.
