Our Client, Incisive, is growing again!
      About Incisive

Incisive is building a better model for restorative dentistry. Independent practices are under pressure: lab consolidation is accelerating, digital dentistry has arrived, but most practices are only halfway there, and building a complete workflow alone is expensive, slow, and isolating. We solve that through one partnership: nine specialty labs matched to specific case types, no-cost digital scanning equipment, a portal to track every case and manage every invoice in one place, and a clinical support team on every case. More than 600 doctors nationwide trust us; we retain over 95% of them year over year, and we're growing fast. If you have high standards and want to do work that compounds, you'll fit right in.
      About the Role

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and customer-focused Sales Support Specialist to support the growth of our dental laboratory services. This remote role supports the outside sales team by managing Salesforce activity, following up with leads and accounts, preparing contracts and sales materials, coordinating onboarding, and helping move opportunities through the sales process. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys supporting sales efforts, building relationships with dental offices, and keeping follow-up and account activity organized.
      What You'll Do
      • Support outside sales representatives by managing follow-up tasks, account updates, and sales activity in Salesforce/CRM
      • Enter, update, and track leads, opportunities, contacts, and account information to ensure accurate pipeline visibility
      • Follow up with prospective and existing dental office accounts by phone and email to move opportunities through the sales process
      • Prepare, send, and track contracts, proposals, sales materials, and onboarding documentation
      • Coordinate communication between outside sales representatives, dental offices, customer service, and production teams
      • Assist with new account onboarding, including explaining lab procedures, case submission steps, digital workflows, and service expectations
      • Respond to dental office questions regarding services, case submissions, scheduling, and account support
      • Help outside sales representatives prepare for meetings by compiling account notes, reports, follow-up items, and relevant sales materials
      • Support sales campaigns, promotions, territory outreach, and reactivation efforts for inactive or prospective accounts
      • Maintain timely documentation of calls, emails, next steps, and account status in Salesforce/CRM
      • Monitor open opportunities and help ensure appropriate follow-up occurs after meetings, demos, events, and marketing campaigns
      • Partner with internal teams to help ensure smooth handoffs, timely case coordination, and a positive customer experience
      What You'll Bring
      • Previous inside sales or administrative support in the dental industry is strongly preferred
      • Proven ability to communicate confidently and close sales opportunities effectively
      • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
      • Excellent phone, communication, and customer service abilities
      • Knowledge of dental laboratory services or dental office workflows is a plus
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and general office software
      • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with sales and production teams

      Bonus if you have:
      • Dental laboratory experience
      • Experience supporting field or outside sales representatives
      • Familiarity with digital dentistry and intraoral scanning workflows
      Compensation & Benefits
      • Competitive base salary of $50,000-$60,000
      • Bonus potential of up to 20%
      • Medical, dental, and vision benefits
      • Unlimited Paid Time Off
      • Equity consideration
      • 401K with company match
      • Paid training and career development opportunities
      Why Incisive
      • PE-backed company with strong market traction and rapid growth
      • Opportunity to architect and scale the operational foundation of the business
      • High-ownership role with visibility across the executive team
      • Work alongside experienced operators in healthcare, technology, and revenue operations
      • Build systems and processes that directly shape the next stage of company growth
