      Key responsibilities:

      • Take responsibility of the trainee’s performance during training and nesting period
      • Monitor Calls/emails and transactions as per the defined targets.
      • Achieve the training KPIs such as throughput targets/ M1s, Nesting Targets, team meeting 0 to 30 days performance, etc.
      • Conduct refresher sessions and provide updates.
      • Strong in documentation and email etiquette
      • Calibrations of audits with internal teams
      • Monitor team performance and provide trend analysis on problem areas.
      • Take on additional responsibilities and projects for process improvement and better ramp for sellers.
      • Perform Root Cause Analysis on identified defects.
      • Maintain connects with stakeholders for updates, needs identification and feedback.
      • Maintain and update business knowledge through required trainings and incorporating industry best practices.
      • Proactive gap analysis to enhance training quality and delivery.
      • Working knowledge on MS office applications like Excel and Power point
      • Basic knowledge on Instructional design will be an added advantage.
