      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure client success and satisfaction
      - Oversee the delivery team supporting client success and sales teams
      - Develop frameworks for consultancy offerings to support new client engagements and pitches
      - Drive demand and improve win rates by enhancing Astound's positioning as Salesforce experts
      - Collaborate with project teams to address problems and drive project closure

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 7+ years of overall experience, including at least 5+ years as a Subject Matter Expert/Client Portfolio Manager for Salesforce
      - Excellent knowledge of Salesforce Community and strong understanding of Salesforce SDLC
      - Proven experience in driving digital innovation across technology and customer experience
      - Demonstrated ability to build and manage a team effectively
      - Bachelor's degree preferred; Master’s degree and 2+ Salesforce certifications are a plus

      - Understanding of financial and ROI models for deriving insights from digital sales analytics
      - Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
