What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications, including Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Components
- Implement and configure Salesforce features such as custom objects, fields, flows, and validation rules
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs and web services
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective Salesforce solutions
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer
- Proven expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, data model, and security model
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required; Platform Developer II is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Metadata API) and integrating Salesforce with other systems
- Proficiency in SOQL and SOSL
- Familiarity with Salesforce development best practices, including version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Experience with CPQ is preferred
