What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce CRM Analytics (Einstein) dashboards, datasets, lenses, and data recipes
- Build and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models to support business functions
- Develop automated analytics workflows and data pipelines to streamline reporting processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions
- Monitor usage, identify trends, and enhance dashboards based on stakeholder feedback
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3–5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering roles
- Hands-on expertise with Salesforce CRM Analytics (Einstein), including building dashboards, datasets, recipes, and lenses
- Strong proficiency with Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, data modeling, and transformations
- Experience with dataflows and data preparation
- Ability to troubleshoot data and dashboard issues across Salesforce and Power BI environments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Tableau CRM & Einstein Discovery Consultant) and Power BI Certification (PL-300, DP-600)
- Hands-on experience with SQL or Python for data manipulation
- Background working with complex datasets or enterprise data environments
- Experience integrating Power BI with additional cloud sources
- Solid understanding of data governance, data quality, and best practices for scalable analytics
