What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, prototype, and document advanced solutions for Salesforce Order Management and fulfillment
- Lead the translation of complex requirements into detailed functional specifications
- Orchestrate integrations using REST/SOAP APIs to connect Salesforce with third-party platforms
- Provide expert system administration for customized applications and manage complex security settings
- Collaborate with development teams to adapt to changing project objectives and global goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform, focusing on fulfillment process implementations
- Deep functional knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ
- Proven technical proficiency with Flow, Process Builder, Workflows, Formulas, and Advanced Approvals
- Demonstrated experience in SFDC integrations utilizing REST/SOAP APIs
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Active Salesforce Certifications (Administrator, CPQ Specialist, or Platform Developer)
- Experience working within the middleware and entitlement systems space
- Strong tolerance for ambiguity and a creative problem-solving mindset
