- Years of experience: 10+ years in Salesforce development and administration
- Lead a team of Salesforce developers, administrators, and analysts to ensure successful project delivery.
- Mentor and guide team members in Salesforce best practices, architecture, and technical problem-solving.
- Allocate resources efficiently and ensure alignment with project timelines and goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Oversee the design and development of custom Salesforce applications, ensuring scalability, security, and adherence to best practices.
- Implement Salesforce configurations, including workflows, process builders, validation rules, and custom objects.
- Drive technical discussions and make key architectural decisions to optimize performance and user experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing Salesforce implementations, streamline processes, and optimize system performance.
- Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends to enhance the platform's capabilities.
- Ensure Salesforce solutions comply with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project updates, risks, and milestones.
- Provide regular reports on project status, team performance, and key outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to ensure users understand and effectively utilize Salesforce solutions.
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems, leveraging tools like MuleSoft, APIs, or other integration platforms.
- Automate repetitive tasks and workflows to improve operational efficiency across the organization.
- 8+ years of experience working with Salesforce, including development and administration.
- Proven experience in leading Salesforce projects and managing teams.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce customization, configuration, and integration with third-party systems.
- Experience with Lightning components, Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly terms.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
- Proficiency in Salesforce tools like Salesforce DX, Visual Studio Code, and deployment tools (e.g., Jenkins, Gearset).
