  Job Description

  To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add SAP ABAP Developer - IT located in Chennai Location.

  Reporting to the Manager & the role involves

  What a typical day looks like:

  • Strong technical knowledge in SAP-ABAP (DDIC, Reports, Smart forms, User Exits, Badi’s, Enhancements Framework, Interface, RFC, BAPI, Debugging).
  • Excellent Knowledge in SAP Migration tools.
  • Good Functional Knowledge in SAP modules (SNC, MM and SRM).
  • Experience in Implementation, Upgrade, Maintenance and Post-production support.

  The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5 - 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
  • Good to have SAP - MM, SAP - SD
  • Knowledge in SAP – PI and SAP - BW.
  • Willing to learn and work in Advanced Non – SAP Technologies.
  • Good analytical and communication skills.

  Here are a few of our preferred experiences:

  • Strong working experience in Web Dynpro ABAP, ABAP Proxies, RFC, IDOC.
  • Strong knowledge on performance tuning and hands-on experience in debugging tools and SQL tracing tools.
  • Experience in preparing Technical Specification for the development and other supporting documents.
  • Ability to accept and respond to production issues and coordinate with stake holders
  • Proficient in guiding the team to follow ABAP coding best practices.
