Responsibilities include:
Work directly with business stakeholders across business units to develop and support business processes
Interpret business requirements and write functional specifications (including WRICEF) that are clear and well understood
Act as liaison with functional and technical staff to find creative solutions to complex problems
Working with cross functional SAP team members on integrated designs
Develop and execute test plans and scripts that are traceable to documented requirements
Orchestrate and deliver end to end aspects of solution delivery including configuration, cutover, and change management
Maintain documentation and updates; analyze lessons learned and share knowledge with team members
Contribute to project initiatives and support activities as required
Train super users
Qualifications:
Strong business facing experience in a SAP Finance/Controlling in both support and project roles
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Expertise across the following SAP FI/CO sub-modules - GL, AP, AR, Credit Management, CCA, PCA, PA, Product Costing, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Consolidations (BPC), Planning/Forecasting
Solid understanding of sales and distribution along with manufacturing/production processes
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
Experience with merger and acquisition projects
Designed and implemented complex Finance solutions that include integrations with other SAP modules like SD, SCM and external systems
Experience with data conversion tools like LSMW, Setting up batch jobs, Output configuration, Integration with non-SAP systems
Experience with SAP Sales and Use tax, preferably with external tax systems like Vertex
Hands on experience building SAP queries
Nice to have:
Hands on experience with S4
Prior experience with Fiori Apps
Experience working with Solution manager
Basic knowledge of SAP authorizations
Good understanding of BI reporting.
