Location: Germany, nationwide (hybrid)
The Opportunity
As an SAP HCM Payroll Consultant (d/f/m) you will be working closely with our customer for regular Support and CRs for SAP HCM PA, PY and PT. Supporting in all matters of German payroll including support of monthly payroll run, support for all post run activities, implementing SAP HCM Support packages / Legal changes. Performing of all customizing activities.
Your Key Result Areas
• Ongoing Support of the SAP HCM payroll and time management
• Implementation of new requirements
• Implementation of monthly support packages
• Consultative support of the business
Your Qualification• experienced of multiple support and implementations for SAP HCM PA, PY, PT
• Deep insight German Payroll including Tax and social insurance requirements
• Deep knowledge of PY and PT schemas and cycles
• Deep knowledge of e.g. ELSTAM / ELSTER / DEÜV / EEL and others
• Interface Payroll / financial & controlling systems
• Good communication skills
• Fluent in German and English - language level C1-C2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR)At Cognizant, taking care of employees is a priority
