  Technical/Functional Skills	Configure, Customize and support SAP Application to facilitate IBP Supply chain process and transaction flows - Work closely with other project team members to understand integration between the IBP and other Business Application areas through CPI - Participate in Enhancements requests or Projects as the business needs - Document all aspects of the system Specifications, Functional System Requirements and Developments Specifications, Testing etc., Co-ordinate and conduct needed testing with business users - Production Support (Trouble shoot user issues, provide solutions) - Train the Super users on the application functionality - Assist other members in the team in learning about process and configuration of SAP IBP application.
  Experience Required	- Good working experience / business process knowledge in the following IBP Configuration and CPI integration areas. IBP Configuration: Significant knowledge and experience in configuring IBP – Attribute/Master data type/Planning levels/Time Profile/Planning Areas/Key figures/ Operators/ Snapshot key figures/ Version and Simulation planning/ Alerts and analytics setup/Create and maintain IBP excel templates/Application job and template/Excel web based planning/Connect to SAP JAM. CPI Integration: Should have good experience on working with CPI Consultant and develop the CPI project to integrate IBP for Inbound and outbound connecting from different sources like S4/ECC/APO/BW/Flat file/Other Data sources. Should have very good experience in following IBP modules IBP Demand: Demand Planning: Sales history load and Realignment/ Create & Assign Forecast models/ Generate Stat Forecast/Forecast Adjustment/Consensus demand planning process/Forecast Release IBP Supply: Time based Supply Planning: Forecast Consumption/IBP Optimizer/Heuristic/Scenario planning/ Supply Planning master data setup/Net requirement recommendation to execution system. IBP Inventory Planning & Optimization: Setup IO master data and transaction data/ Setup IO profile and operators/ IO Optimizer run with different algorithm/View and validate the results/ Safety Stock adjustment/ Recommend Safety stock to execution system. Should have good knowledge in IBP Sales & Operation Planning/ IBP Control Tower/ IBP Response and Supply Provide support for Major Incident Management and ensure timely resolution of Major Incidents• Should have delivered support in complex and multi-discipline IT and Business environments• Ensure SAP functional best practices are adhered to during Incident and Problem investigation and resolution• Provide technical feasibility and appropriateness of proposed incident & problem resolutions. Core Interface Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or other related discipline 3+ years of experience in SAP Technology - At least 2 or 3 full cycle SAP implementation project (one or more global implementation) with hands-on project experience designing, testing and implementing IBP solutions.
  Roles & Responsibilities	SAP IBP Consultant This role will be responsible for assisting business users in defining requirements, relative to process & system needs and also in Planning, Designing, Configuring, Testing, Training & implementing solutions. Candidate will have good experience in Run support for resolving day to day issues in IBP Areas.
  Generic Managerial Skills	Managing requirement, task, status tracking and reporting. Customer Interaction and Stakeholder handling.
