  Job Title	Implementation Specialist (Level 1) / Business Process Analyst
  Relevant Experience & Experience Required (in Yrs.)	2 - 3 Years

  Technical/Functional Skills -MUST HAVE SKILLS	Manage a portfolio of customer projects, ensuring a successful and timely completion of each project. Support all aspects of customer implementations Assist with current assessments of business processes, business organization and systems. Participate and influence project team discussions, decisions, and direction for a specific business process area of expertise. Help to manage cross-functional Implementation issues and interdependencies for business process area of expertise. Participate on the development of the Implementation approach, strategy and detailed plans. Create / track project plan and schedule that lists each task in the Implementation plan, the person with accountability for the task, the task's due date and dependencies. SPOC for daily customer interaction and implementation activities Coach and prepare customers for successful roll-outs of the applications. Ensure effective transfer of information learned in training to the work environment. Diagnosis, research and analyze customer issues and requests Develop, track and report key implementation progress metrics Prioritizing and escalating issues when needed and keeping customers informed of progress. Create and update product and training documentation Participate on the development of GO-LIVE plans and approach. Gather input and develop the GO-LIVE check lists for a specific business process. Provide after implementation support (Command Center) following production Implementations. Facilitate the closure of defects or act as a liaison for end users to gain closure for defect. Facilitate issue resolution across Dow DSS teams when needed. Facilitate handover to run-the-business operations.
  Roles & Responsibilities	Implementation Specialist – Partner with Project Manager, Business Process Teams and Customers/Clients to effectively complete Implementation deliverables for any divestiture, acquisition or merger projects Develop Implementation approach, strategy, detailed project plan and cutover plan, post-Implementation strategy and approach on projects aligned to specific business process area (Environment Health and Safety)
