      We are looking for a SAP- IT Supply Chain Lead interested in a career with a top ranked and growing snack company, to join our IT business at PIM Brands Office in Somerset, New Jersey. This position will report to our Senior Director, SAP Center of Excellence.

      Overview

      We are seeking an experienced SAP Supply Chain Lead to join our SAP IT team supporting our SAP S/4 HANA environment post-hypercare. This role will provide overall leadership for supply chain processes within SAP, ensuring stability, optimization, and continuous improvement of supply chain operations following system go-live.

      The SAP Supply Chain Lead will act as the primary functional leader across supply chain modules and processes, working closely with operations, planning, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure SAP continues to support efficient, integrated, and scalable supply chain operations.

      Key Responsibilities

      Post-Go-Live Stabilization

      • Lead resolution of post-hypercare issues impacting supply chain processes across SAP S/4HANA.
      • Ensure system stability, master data integrity, and process adherence across supply chain operations.
      • Monitor and address operational issues impacting planning, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and fulfillment.

      Supply Chain Functional Leadership

      • Serve as the overall functional lead for SAP Supply Chain processes within the SAP IT Support Team.
      • Provide leadership and oversight across core supply chain modules including:
        • Planning solutions such as SAP IB
        • Advanced Planning (PP/DS)
        • Production Planning (PP)
        • Materials Management (MM)
        • Warehouse Management / EWM
        • Logistics and Distribution
        • Sales and Distribution (SD) integration
      • Ensure alignment and integration of supply chain processes across manufacturing plants, distribution centers, and planning functions.

      Continuous Improvement & Optimization

      • Identify opportunities to improve supply chain processes through SAP capabilities and best practices.
      • Lead enhancement initiatives to improve:
        • Production planning efficiency
        • Inventory optimization
        • Order fulfillment and logistics execution
        • Supply and demand balancing
      • Support roadmap planning for future supply chain capabilities including planning automation and advanced analytics.

      Governance & Change Management

      • Participate in SAP IT governance including change control board reviews, solution design approvals, and prioritization of enhancements.
      • Ensure all functional changes align with enterprise architecture, SAP best practices, and clean core principles.
      • Maintain functional documentation including configuration guides, process flows, and solution designs.

      Stakeholder Engagement

      • Serve as the primary liaison between supply chain leadership, operations teams, planners, manufacturing, and IT.
      • Lead workshops with business stakeholders to identify requirements, resolve operational issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
      • Translate complex supply chain requirements into scalable SAP solutions.

      Team Leadership & Knowledge Transfer

      • Provide leadership and mentorship to supply chain functional analysts within the SAP IT Support Team.
      • Facilitate training and knowledge transfer to business users and internal support teams.
      • Collaborate with technical teams including ABAP, Integration, and Data teams to deliver integrated supply chain solutions.

      Qualifications

      Required:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
      • 8–12+ years of SAP supply chain experience across multiple modules
      • Strong experience supporting SAP S/4HANA supply chain environments
      • Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes including planning, manufacturing, procurement, and logistics
      • Experience operating within an SAP COE or post-go-live support model
      • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • SAP certifications in MM, PP, or Supply Chain Planning
      • Experience with advanced planning solutions such as:
        • SAP IBP
        • SAP PP/DS
        • SAP EWM
      • Experience in CPG, manufacturing, or high-volume production environments
      • Familiarity with supply chain analytics and planning tools
