  SAP MDG:
  JOB SUMMARY FOR SAP FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT:
  • Deep understating on the key data principles of SAP S/4HANA MDG architecture, functionality, and configuration
  • Deep understanding on key SAP MDG concepts – Data Modelling, UI Modelling, Process Modelling, Governance Process, Mass Processing, DRF, DIF and Data Quality
  • Deep functional and technical knowledge in Enterprise Asset Management Data Objects – Equipment, Functional
  • Locations, Change Pointers, PM hierarchies
  • MUST HAVE Experience with Asset Information Workbench (Utopia)
  • Hands on experience with implementation of UI configurations, BADI's, BRF+, classes & Methods. SOA, ALE/IDOCS, Data replication techniques, MDG error handling experience.
  • Experience with MDG to S4 Replication configuration and setup
  • Design and optimize End to End SAP Core Master Data Governance.
  • Be able to lead meetings that involve Key Design Decisions with clear recommendations and leading/best practices.
  • Be able to Configure, Design, Build, Test and Deploy the core SAP MDG solution and ensure it works seamlessly.
  • Be an advocate for exploring standard solutions or leveraging packaged software first
  • Be able to translate business processes and requirements into functional specifications and/or System configuration rationales/designs while enforcing design standards and best practices and meeting Food and Beverage needs
  • Deep understanding of Master Data Governance templates and workflows.
  • Make the business case for the SAP technology solution recommended to the business stakeholders
  • Be able to perform Test Planning, Execution and coordinate defect resolution with the Vendor
  • Be able to keep track of the progress and deadlines and ensuring timely delivery by coordinating and assigning tasks to vendor counterparts
  • Collaborate with business team members, internal and external stakeholders to elicit their business concerns and develop workable solutions
  • Develop strong relationships with internal teams and gain the trust of key stakeholders
  • Adhere to Food and Beverage’s change control standards & methodology / Technology COE standards
  
  
  RESPONSIBILITIES FOR SAP FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT:
  • BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems Management, Computer
  • Science or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
  • Minimum 10 years of experience working with SAP MDG EAM master data objects – Equipment, Functional Locations, Material, Work Centers, Maintenance Plans, Task lists, Measurement Points and PM Hierarchies.
  • Minimum of Three end-to-end SAP MDG implementation, including hands-on design and configuration Experience with
  obtaining and clarifying business requirements to exceed expectations in designing solutions
  • Understands the integration of business processes to Package master data, integration between the various Package
  modules and to subscribing systems.
  • Ability to Inspire confidence with business and IT leadership
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
  • Certification SAP modules a plus
  • Good analytical & troubleshooting skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a Calm and Professional manner with all levels of staff, customers and other IT Personnel
