- Prepare & maintain accurate & timely integrated project plans for multiple workstreams using MS Project tools.
- Prepare succinct and highly professional communication deliverables for all audience levels.
- Proven ability to look ahead, anticipate next steps, plans, issue identification with the goal of supporting functional success and timelines.
- Track record of identifying creative outside of the box solutions.
- Understand and document inter-dependencies of tasks as well as drives issues to mutual win resolution.
- Embrace a roll up the sleeves approach of curiosity to understand and partner across all stakeholders.
- Consistent ownership of RAID log, dependencies along with appropriate escalation of concerns.
- Partnering closely with the Functional Architect role and Technical teams to document designs, solutions, deliverables and timelines.
- Build positive, working relationships with business stakeholders, IT team members and executives across the enterprise.
- Create content and dynamically lead multiple leadership update meetings per week.
- Lead documenting decisions, dependencies, questions and actions on multiple working sessions daily to support functional team leader success.
- Application of project management best practices in an agile and efficient manner to achieve timelines with quality.
- Champion project and team member accomplishments.
- Track project spend to budget along with forecast projections.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

We Deliver the Goods:
PFG is seeking an experience program/project manager to champion the Company's strategic S4 Hana SAP Finance implementation. This includes working across the organization to assist in proactive structuring, documenting, planning and daily execution to ensure stakeholder success. This position may require interaction with a wide range of executives, managers, associates, and vendors and involves the preparation of frequent status communications in a clear and concise manner.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelors
- 5 to 7 Years
- Advanced knowledge and utilization of Microsoft Project tools
- Extensive systems implementation experience
- Strong Microsoft PowerPoint & presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of the company to include senior leadership
- Strong business acumen
- Proven ability to influence without direct reporting relationshipsPreferred Qualifications
- Bachelors and or a Master's
- 7 to 10 years
- SAP S4 Hana Experience
- Certified Project Management Professional
- Self-motivated, proactive, ambitious and results-oriented
- Accounting/Financial background and finance business process knowledge
