      Position Overview As a SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant at Navistar, you play a crucial role in managing and coordinating the People & Culture (P&C) business systems, web tools, and administration functions. Serving as a subject matter expert, you focus on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) administration features, ensuring optimal functionality and alignment with business needs. Responsibilities Involved in the management and coordination of the Human Resources (referred to as People & Culture (P&C within Navistar) business systems, web tools, and administration functions Serves as a subject matter expert when it comes to the administration features for SAP Success Factors Employee Central (EC) Partners with third party system administrator for SAP EC to provide detailed requests for configuration changes Ability to create reports in both SAP EC and SAP ECP (Employee Central Payroll) to be used by internal customers and for internal data audit requirements Understanding of how SAP integrations work to help with basic troubleshooting when integration failures occur between SAP Success Factors and other Navistar systems Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations. Trains, guides and mentors other professionals or colleagues with less experience Ensures system compliance with all local, state, and federal laws pertaining to P&C Work closely with a large team to deliver results Manage and maintain a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate Reports metrics and performs regular audits of the business systems to ensure data integrity and compliance Create and maintain process workflows, user guides, and training materials for various systems as needed Analyzes, designs, recommends and implements quality improvements to regular processes or as part of a project Serve as a lead on functional teams and projects for system-based initiatives Manages vendor relationships with agencies and third parties Other duties as assigned Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree At least 8 years of Business systems experience At least 1 year of lead experience OR Master’s degree At least 6 years of Business systems experience At least 1 year of lead experience OR At least 10 years of Business systems experience At least 1 year of lead experience Additional Requirements Expertise in Microsoft Office software applications, specifically Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint Team player with effective collaboration, prioritization, organizational, interpersonal and relationship-building skills Detail oriented with good communication skills, both written and effective listening Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
