      Job Description:
      Extensive experience in testing ERP Application, Web based Application, Various SAP modules, Automation testing using HP UFT/TOSCA, Test Management using HP ALM, DevOps and project management,
      Interface Testing Experience for legacy and 3PL systems connected to SAP.
      Strong Experience for activities like managing request for proposals, Requirement gathering, effort estimation, resource onboarding, test design, test execution, defect management, automation test development, creating various testing reports & Matrix, creating key testing documents like test plan, test strategy, test summary etc.
      Setting up onsite-offshore Test factory for large SAP testing accounts for various testing needs like manual & automation testing, regression testing, integration testing etc.
      Ensure implementation and compliance of testing processes in the project as per business directions and design Standard operating processes.
      Provide Industry best practice solutions for various Testing cycles.
      Creating and Reviewing key testing deliverables like Test Planning, Test Strategies, test summary, requirement traceability matrix etc
      Effort estimation, resource onboarding, task assignment, escalation & conflict management, resource offboarding, client communication etc
      Requirements Gathering from business Process owners and converting to functional requirements. Test Design and Building test scenarios to perform System Integration Testing and regression testing.
      Defect management activities includes tracking defects, facilitate daily defect meetings, setting up clear action owners and ETAs, following up with various teams to ensure defect resolution, providing various defect reports and matrix and identify improvement levers.
      Raising Risks and issues at an early stage and recommend mitigation.
      Daily status reporting with key highlights, challenges, issues, action owners, ETA.
      Tracking planned vs actual test execution and resolving showstoppers to avoid any deviation.
      Documenting known issues in project release notes along with their next steps and plan.
      Leading and managing complex Manual, Automation and performance Test Projects.
      Assessing existing processes, finding gaps and implementing new processes.
      Setup testing benchmarks and ensure improvement over regular intervals.
      Also Played various other critical roles like SAP Support project Lead, SAP Release management, SAP Project Management, Business System Analyst etc
      Successfully delivered various SAP Projects like SAP implementation, Roll-outs, separation and mergers, System upgrades, data center migration, SAP GRC implementation etc.
