      Orientation: Friday, April 17th from 9am-2pm, remotely.

      Training: Onsite April 20th from 8:30-3:30 Monday-Friday for 1 week.

      Regular Schedule: Monday-Friday & every other Saturday. Details on hours below. Please note that these hours do vary, what is noted below is based off of recent trends of workflow.

      Monday 8:30am to 5pm
      Tuesday-Thursday 9am to 12pm/3pm
      Friday 8:30am to 1pm/3pm
      Saturday 8:30am to 1pm

      *Please note that holidays often fall upon Mondays. When this occurs, Tuesdays are heavier in workload.

      Purpose: The General Clerk I follows clearly detailed procedures in completing several repetitive clerical steps performed in a prescribed or slightly varied sequence, such as coding and filing documents.

      Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

      • Responsible for preparing documents for scanning. This may include the following:
        • Reviewing documents for presence of certain information.
        • Code Doc ID and Received Date as needed.
        • Fix and repair small rips or tears with tape, remove staples, paperclips, etc.
        • Utilizing sort sheets as directed.
        • Make copies as needed.
      • Reference work instructions as needed.
      • Required to attend mandatory meetings and trainings, work scheduled overtime with minimal notice, and perform other duties as assigned per business needs.

        Qualification Requirements –

        To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following:

        • Must be at least 18 years of age.
        • Able to read, write and speak English.
        • Able to maintain confidential information.
        • Successfully pass and maintain acceptable background checks and security clearances.
        • High school diploma, or equivalent.
