Every student deserves a teacher who believes in their potential, and every teacher deserves a partner who believes in theirs. As a School Success Specialist for Beast Classroom, you will be that partner, helping schools unlock the full power of world-class math curriculum so that more students can discover what they are truly capable of. If you are driven by the idea that the right tools and the right support can change the trajectory of a child's mathematical journey, this role was built for you.
Our Vision
Welcome to Beast Classroom, where students delight in mathematical challenge - playing games, solving puzzles, and exploring rigorous content that demands flexible, creative thinking; where teachers are energized and empowered to teach math; where principals stop by and smile at the signs of a budding math culture; and where there is no ceiling for math excellence.
Our Mission
At Beast, we're on a mission to bring this experience to elementary schools everywhere. We're building a K-5 math curriculum based on the beloved Beast Academy comic universe and the rigorous Art of Problem Solving pedagogy that has trained the world's top math students for a generation.
Our Challenge
Math education in elementary schools is at a crossroads. Too many students leave their early years without the problem-solving foundation they need, and too many teachers are left without the tools or support to change that.
We believe closing that gap requires more than a great product. It requires trusted relationships, thoughtful implementation, and a customer experience that reflects the same rigor and care that lives inside our curriculum. That belief shapes how our School Success team shows up every day, through the big moments and the day-to-day work of contracts, troubleshooting, and keeping schools moving forward.
This is the work. It is hard, it is meaningful, and we are looking for someone who is ready for it.
Why We Need You
Our curriculum is exceptional, but a great product only creates impact when schools know how to use it well. As our customer base grows, so does the need for a partner who can guide educators through onboarding, build lasting relationships with school leaders, and turn early adopters into lifelong advocates. We need someone who can honor the complexity of this role: part educator, part project manager, part problem solver, part cheerleader. You will be the reason a teacher goes from overwhelmed to confident, and the reason a district renews year after year.
