  Role Responsibilities

  Regulatory & Business Conduct

  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

  Key Stakeholders

  • Agile Teams, Project Teams, SMs, PSS, Infra and Operational users

  Other Responsibilities

  • Responsible to get requirement from PO and manage end to end responsibilities of Scrum
  • To be able to conduct Agile/Sprint activities including planning, retro, review, Backlog, prioritization etc
  • To be able run eOps integration squad end to end and manage deliveries
  • To co-ordinate with Testing, Release, PSS teams for smooth release and implementation
  • Participate and Represent Scrum of Scrum and provide end to end support
  • Manage communications with stakeholders – MDIS, Eops, Vendors, Platform etc

  Our Ideal Candidate

  Qualifications

  • Professional qualification – MCA or BE with min of 8+ years’ experience, Certification on Agile/SCRUM is preferred, Hands on experience on Scrum Master and sprint ceremonies
