What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficient computer skills, including website navigation, Microsoft Office, and email
- Ability to multi-task and utilize multiple systems simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent data entry and phone skills
- Good attendance and performance record, with a willingness to work flexible hours during peak times
