Job Description

- Take food and beverage orders throughout assigned service shift
- Manage smooth communication and coordination with Front and Back of House team members
- Maintain thorough knowledge of restaurant menu and specials, answering questions and accommodating special requests as needed
- Serve food in timely manner and in accordance with Club standards
- Attend to guests throughout service
- Assist with meeting, greeting, and seating of guests as needed
- Assist in clearing tables as needed
- Manage accurate input of all orders into POS system
- Assist in service preparation assignments as needed
- Complimentary lunch and dinner meals

WHAT YOU’LL DO
We are hiring several Seasonal Servers (May to October) to join our WCC Front of House team.
The Seasonal Server will play an integral role within our Front of House team, providing exceptional service to our Members and guests at both our Main Club and Beach Club properties.
The Seasonal Server will work within one or more of our Front of House teams (Main Club Restaurant, Banquets, Beach Club Restaurant) to provide a consistently exceptional service experience. In addition, other tasks and assignments will include:
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
High School degree; or equivalent or three to six months of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
PAY RANGE
$17.00 - $20.00 hourly compensation, commensurate with experience.
