- Utilize Ring Central, ARRIVEnow, email, slack, and textlocate to update our systems properly and communicate with our drivers
- Inbound/Outbound calls to drivers and dispatchers with professionalism
- Inbound calls are required, depending on the company's needs, you will be responsible for providing assistance to certain ring groups.
- Become knowledgeable in the various visibility tools used by our carrier partners.
- Your first resource for tracking will be phone calls (Inbound/Outbound). You will also have different tracking tools in case you are unable to get a tracking update by phone.
- Enter and update information accurately in our tracking software. In which you will be responsible for achieving daily metrics. Expectations will be set by the management team and reviewed regularly.
- Remain up to date and follow company-wide SOP’s and standards set
- Utilize the tracking board on a daily basis for best tracking practices
- Communicate with internal departments to proactively relay information
- Ensure that loads are updated in a timely manner, making sure our customers are receiving information about their load that will assure making the set appointment times.
- Manage and schedule appointments to ensure shipments are being picked up and delivered within the customer’s timetable , while also working to set up proper transits to make shipments favorable for most carriers.
- Exemplify a level of assertiveness to identify issues and solve them.
- Make sure to remain up-to-date with all of our SOPs. (Standard Operational Procedure).
- Foster existing relationships with our carrier partners to allow us better access to real-time updates.
- Collecting Paperwork from Carrier representatives or carrier partners and uploading into ArriveNow is necessary for our system to invoice our customer account(s)
- Introduction into data entry – Load building and scheduling
- Gain knowledge of the transportation industry to better serve our customers, carriers, and drivers.
- Guarantee that the quality of calls, notes, emails, and overall information is aligned with our parameters.
- All communication related to permissions or any administrative inquiry must be escalated to your team lead/manager.
- Establish a strong understanding and knowledge base of the industry, foundational skills, and Arrive operations.
- English Fluency Required (High B2-C1)
- High school Diploma
- College degree preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proactiveness
- Must be willing to live in Guadalajara full-time
- Polished communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Able to take verbal or written instructions and execute with confidence
- Demonstrates Ownership, Integrity, Urgency, and the LFG mentality
