      Security Architect Consultant

      Our Cybersecurity Consulting team translates security requirements into working solutions. We recommend technical tools and then collaborate with clients to configure, deploy and adhere to product security policies and controls.

      The evolving threats in the cybersecurity and resiliency space demand a broad team of professionals to bring security expertise and business knowledge to help enable the continued innovation of our engineering and R&D activities and to ensure continued and increasing protection of these environments.

      Join us in our fast-paced environment as a Security Architect for the Product Group Business Unit Security Officer (BUSO) team in the United States of America (Central/Eastern Time Zones) to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.

      What you’ll achieve:

      The Security Architect will have the responsibility to support Dell’s Security and Resiliency Organization (SRO) and the TechOps teams in the Product Groups of Dell in support of effective security planning in the evolution of their activities. In addition to your security architecture and cloud experience you will bring an energy and passion for enabling the business and helping your Dell peers in the business to embed security and resilience into the efforts to transform our engineering and R&D infrastructures.

      You will:

      · Collaborate with stakeholders throughout Dell's Security and Resiliency Organization (SRO), Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) and Client Solutions Group (CSG) to design solutions, recommend improvements and support the implementation/deployment of deliverables relating to security

      · Conduct comprehensive analysis of business unit ecosystems to identify areas of security non-compliance and risk; provide guidance to TechOPS executives and leaders to ensure development environments comply with industry standards

      · Confidently and clearly articulate current technical operations architectures and security practices of internal organizations to a variety of audiences to include non-technical and executives

      · Develop, track and consolidate security-based metrics to report trendlines to BUSO and business leaders

      · Coordinate across business partners and cybersecurity team to ensure all service management procedures are being followed and Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) are met

      Essential Requirements

      · 10+ years’ experience in a global technology firm; must include experience within cybersecurity space

      · In-depth knowledge and understanding of CI/CD pipelines, software development, networking, Domain Name System (DNS), enterprise applications and security solutions e.g. credentials management, data protection/vaulting solutions, network firewalls and CASB solutions

      · Experience managing projects within complex environments with the application of cybersecurity technologies including the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues

      · Exceptional communication skills with proven ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical teams and influence stakeholders

      · Ability to learn new technologies quicky, conduct knowledge transfers and train peers

      Desirable Requirements

      · Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field

      · CISSP, CISM, CCSP or other related certifications
