- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify any potential concerns.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas, reporting any unusual activity or security-related concerns as outlined in site protocols.
- Communicate clearly with clients, visitors, and staff, providing assistance and information as needed while maintaining a professional presence.
- Document observations, incidents, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific guidelines.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and/or emergency services when required, following established procedures for the location.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Job Description
As a Security Guard - Telecom Patrols in Monee, IL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned tech-focused locations, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and provide outstanding customer service. This driving position requires you to navigate the premises while upholding our values of agility, reliability, and teamwork. Your ability to communicate clearly and support a secure environment will make a meaningful impact for everyone at the site.
