Job Description

- Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and/or visitors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, community rules, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and/or authorization, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with location policies.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to residents, property management, and/or first responders as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential location and perimeter to help identify unusual activity, unsecured areas, and other security-related concerns.
- Complete required reports, logs, and pass-down communications related to access activity, incidents, and daily operations in a clear and timely manner.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a Security Officer Gated Community in Tustin, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more.
