  As a Seasonal Concierge Security Officer, your ability to create meaningful, positive interactions is key.   Responsibilities of a Seasonal Concierge Security Guard

  • Provide a warm, professional holiday-season welcome to guests, assisting with directions and customer service inquiries
  • Manage access control and maintain a calm, organized atmosphere during peak shopping hours
  • Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks, crowd-control needs, or safety concerns
  • Monitor and inspect security equipment; report any maintenance issues promptly
  • Respond quickly to incidents, support with first aid if needed, and coordinate with emergency personnel during busy holiday events
  • Assist guests in person or by phone with seasonal event information and general questions
  • Write incident reports clearly and accurately
  • Ensure the safety, security, and protection of individuals and property throughout the high-volume holiday shopping season

  Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

  • Be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
  • Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
  • If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
  • You have a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security training can be obtained during the hiring process)
