What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct quarterly in-person evaluations for members enrolled in the Personal Preference Program
- Develop and review member-specific cash management plans to meet daily needs
- Monitor and analyze monthly budget expenditures and update plans as needed
- Educate members on safety tips and notification requirements for changes in condition
- Maintain timely documentation and electronic medical records for member visits
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the health insurance industry or a related professional business field
- Experience with MS Office and other workforce management (WFM) solutions preferred
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities
- Must reside in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, or Delaware
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- LPN or healthcare background preferred
- Equivalent and relevant professional experience in budgeting or finance preferred
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry is helpful
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in diverse home settings
- Strong problem-solving, judgment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
