What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
- Maintain accurate account and opportunity forecasting in Salesforce.com
- Develop meaningful, long-term relationships with key customer contacts
- Represent the employer at trade shows, conferences, and industry events
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive sales experience in the aerospace industry
- Experience in manufacturing and supply chain industries
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Demonstrated expertise with modern sales tools (CRM, prospecting, collaboration)
- Experience with TAM/SAM analysis
- Firm grasp of product development and related business requirements
- Experience driving consultative, solution-based sales in strategic industry verticals
- BS/BA degree preferred
