What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect new business opportunities with both new and existing customers to build a strong sales pipeline
- Manage major accounts, leading the sales process from initial contact through to renewal
- Meet or exceed revenue targets, ensuring consistent performance against sales goals
- Collaborate cross-functionally to tailor solutions that meet customer needs
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems, providing reliable sales forecasts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- College degree preferred with a minimum of 5 years of direct field sales experience, ideally in the corporate sector
- Proven success in selling complex enterprise software with significant revenue targets
- Experience engaging C-suite executives using a consultative sales approach
- Ability to manage full-cycle sales processes from prospecting to close
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with marketing, product, and legal teams
