What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Actively prospect for new business opportunities with both new and existing customers
- Manage major accounts, leading the entire sales process from planning to renewal
- Meet or exceed revenue targets through effective account management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions to customer needs
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts in the CRM system
What is Required (Qualifications):
- College degree preferred with a minimum of 5 years of direct field sales experience
- Proven success in selling complex, enterprise software with significant revenue targets
- Experience engaging with C-suite executives using a consultative selling approach
- Strong skills in managing multi-stakeholder sales processes from prospecting to closing
- Deep understanding of AI and its applications
