      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and maintain client relationships, conducting outbound calls and presentations to achieve growth objectives.
      - Meet monthly and annual sales goals while expanding product offerings across the customer portfolio.
      - Advise clients on tailored advertising campaigns that align with their goals and objectives.
      - Organize and attend meetings, trade shows, and seminars to strengthen client relationships.
      - Prepare reports for the sales director on goals achieved, target accounts, and meetings held.

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of a bachelor’s degree; a degree in sales, marketing, or business is a plus.
      - At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in lead generation and advertising.
      - Strong communication skills, including professional correspondence over the phone and email.
      - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
      - Experience with pricing strategies and large-scale negotiations.

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Sales experience in the clinical lab or pathology space is advantageous.
      - Knowledge of various science and/or laboratory equipment is a plus.
      - Demonstrated ability to be hard-working, positive, goal-oriented, analytical, detailed, and organized.
