Lead and manage the assigned territory to ensure effective, proactive relationships with hospitals, labs, and ancillary medical professionals.
Serve as a primary point of contact to understand customer needs and align Fisher HealthCare' s solutions appropriately.
Positively represent Thermo Fisher Scientific throughout all customer engagements.
Work closely with internal teams and supplier partner resources to address customer requirements and deliver comprehensive solutions.
Coordinate with marketing, technical specialists, service teams, and other functional groups to optimize customer satisfaction and business results.
Develop and execute a strategic business plan for the territory, establishing clear sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Maintain and grow a healthy pipeline of new opportunities to meet or exceed revenue objectives.
Regularly analyze market dynamics, customer trends, and competitor activities to refine strategies and identify new business prospects.
Conduct effective sales meetings, presentations, and product discussions with existing and potential customers.
Introduce new products and services to customers while demonstrating deep product knowledge and value propositions.
Continuously monitor competitor activity, emerging trends, and industry developments.
Integrate relevant market insights into territory strategies and customer conversations.
Maintain accurate information in SFDC necessary for territory management, forecasting, and compliance.
Ensure timely updates of SFDC and reporting systems.
Build and strengthen relationships with Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) representatives.
Organize and lead recurring business reviews with key accounts to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and reinforce strategic partnerships.

DESCRIPTION:
Discover impactful work: Our Senior Account Executives are responsible for the sales of consumable and diagnostic lab supplies and instrumentation within a defined territory. They maintain effective customer relations, develop opportunities for growth within an existing customer base, and assure market penetration and profitability while achieving sales and profit forecasts. Education
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in the sciences
Experience
A minimum of 8 years of experience is required, which may include any combination of sales experience and/or hands-on laboratory, scientific, or healthcare industry experience.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication, and presentation skills
• Strong negotiation and customer relationship skills.
• Computer proficiency in MS Office
• Must possess the organizational skills to multi-task and meet deadlines as needed• Strong industry, healthcare and science background preferred
• Able and willing to travel to customer locations
• Able to pass required vendor credentialing for hospital/lab access.

• Valid driver's license
