      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop, implement, and coordinate programs related to youth and families in compliance with regulations
      - Evaluate and monitor program effectiveness, providing recommendations for improvement
      - Collaborate with various stakeholders, including city departments and community organizations, to coordinate services
      - Assist in administering the Human Services Grants Program focused on youth and families
      - Conduct research and prepare reports on youth and family issues to inform policy and program decisions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Public or Business Administration, or related field
      - Minimum of three years of recent, paid work experience in research, analysis, and program development related to youth and family issues
      - One year of recent, paid experience in budgetary or project management
      - Knowledge of issues related to serving youth and families, including vulnerable populations
      - Possession of a valid Class C driver license

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Fluency in Spanish for community engagement and outreach
      - Experience working with diverse social, cultural, and economic backgrounds
      - Familiarity with grant writing and funding sources for youth and family programs
      - Involvement in regional professional organizations related to youth and family services
